Information Regarding Fraudulent Job Postings and Check Fraud Scam
Certain individuals using various names and non-Vedova & Limited identities have been posting or sending fraudulent job offers through various non-Vedova & Limited email addresses, including through any of our domain addresses.  Certain individuals have also fraudulently used the identities of individuals affiliated with Vedova & Limited, and have sent checks fraudulently using the Vedova & Limited name.  These individuals are not authorized to act on behalf of Vedova & Limited and they are not affiliated with Vedova & Limited.  If you have received correspondence that is fraudulent, Vedova Limited suggests that you contact your local authorities.

Vedova & Limited (together with its global associated offices, “Vedova”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy through this policy. Vedova Limited is based in England, so we ultimately answer to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding Data Privacy and Protection. We register annually with the ICO under agreement.

Despite all our best efforts, should the unthinkable happen and we suffer a significant data breach that puts your personal data at risk, we have a legal duty to report this to the ICO within 72 hours of discovery. We are updating our internal Security Incident Response Policy and Procedures to include mandatory notification requirements, both with the ICO and publicly with you, our customers.
